Cat Food Challenge!

Greetings Cat Lovers,

We officially started the Petbrosia cat food challenge. From this point forward we will be sharing our experience from the time we create the customized account, order the food, delivery to the day-by-day health improvement from the new diet. 

Step 1 - Creating customized profile and ordering Pita & Tiger's food (November 13, 2013)

The process was very simple. Once you enter your pet's name, a second window will open. There you can add your pet's photo, breed, age, gender, energy level, allergy information, weight, other info, and choose auto-replenishment (optional). Next, you need to choose the box size. If you're not sure about the box size, just enter 1 for each box size and at the column bottom you will see the "Estimated Supply," which in our case, I selected the 5lb Box.

Once you click "Add to Cart," a new page will open and if this is your first time on the site, you will need to create an account to complete your order. Just enter your email, create a password and add your phone number.  You will also need to accept the terms and conditions and sign up for the monthly newsletter (optional). When you click create, you will return to your order. Click add and another window will open requesting  the delivery address.

Note, if you have multiple pets, be sure to "Add Another Pet" order prior to "Proceed to Pay." In our case, we added our younger cat -Tiger, to the same order. Once you click "Add Another Pet" a window will pop up asking for more info about your pet. Just complete the form the same way you did for the first pet.

Ups, something happened there. I had a small technical difficulties...the page froze. So, I contacted Petbrosia (see number on top of the page), and a very nice lady answered. I was really happy that it was a real person, and she asked me for my information and told me that someone would be addressing the issue right away. A few minutes later, she called me back and walked me through the steps to complete my order. I was very pleased by their great customer support.

All done! I placed our first order for a customized diet for Pita and Tiger, and can't wait for it to arrive. I selected standard shipping, so it will take about 10 days to arrive.
